Description of Services
Connectly provides communication tools for plumbing businesses, including AI-assisted phone answering, website chat, SMS conversations, missed-call text-back, and appointment scheduling. Services are delivered through our software platform and integrated third-party providers.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business and contact information.
- Use the services only for lawful, legitimate business communications with your own customers and prospects.
- Obtain proper consent from your contacts before sending text messages and comply with all applicable laws, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and carrier guidelines.
- Do not use Connectly to send unsolicited bulk marketing, messages to purchased contact lists, or any prohibited content.
- Keep account credentials secure.
Payments and Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Usage-based charges (such as call minutes or SMS overages) are billed in arrears. All fees are non-refundable except as described under our Refund Policy below. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees.
Refund Policy
Connectly offers a 3-Month Money-Back Guarantee. If you actively use the service for the first three months and are not satisfied, contact support@joinconnectly.com and we will refund your subscription fees for that period. Usage-based charges (such as carrier SMS or call minute fees) are not refundable.
Limitation of Liability
Connectly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connectly and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. Sections related to payment, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
